Le Rêve du Gladiateur (“The Gladiator’s Dream”), directed by Arthur Cadre in collaboration with Dragone, premiered in August 2025 in the historic Arènes de Nîmes. More than a historical evocation, the show transforms the Roman amphitheatre into a dreamscape, where the vision of a gladiator on the threshold of life and death becomes a journey through history, myth, and imagination.
With over 200 performers, the production blends dance, circus, music, and theatre into a spectacle both monumental and intimate. In true Dragone style, the aim is not only to dazzle but to move, to reveal the humanity behind grandeur, and to turn the arena from a place of combat into a space of shared dreaming.
